1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using LawlBot you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LawlBot on a single machine for the duration of your license period (30 days for Monthly, 90 days for Quarterly). The license is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the product, once a license key has been issued no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to use the software, game updates that affect bot functionality, or account termination.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

LawlBot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• ✦Continuous availability. The service may be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• ✦Uptime or reliability. The bot may experience downtime, errors, or unexpected behavior.
• ✦Bug fixes. We are under no obligation to fix bugs, errors, or issues reported by users.
• ✦Updates after game patches. If the Lawl game receives an update that breaks or affects bot functionality, we do not guarantee that LawlBot will be updated to restore compatibility.
• ✦Feature additions. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LawlBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license period.

6. Third-Party Game Terms

The use of automation software may violate the terms of service of the Lawl game. You use LawlBot entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any account bans, penalties, or other consequences arising from the game developer's enforcement actions.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:

• ✦Email address — used to deliver your license and allow account access.
• ✦Hardware identifier — used solely to enforce the single-machine license restriction.
• ✦Payment data — processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card numbers or full payment details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to operate the service (payment processors, email delivery).
